Unlimited Calling

By using digital phone lines, you're able to give each employee unlimited inbound and outbound local and long distance calling anywhere in the U.S. and selected international locations. Got a new employee starting?  Hooking them up is fast and easy.  Connect satellite offices, home offices and remote employees in a snap.

Available Numbers

Toll Free Numbers:  Choose a regular toll free (866, 877, etc.) or a 1-800 number. You'll also get one dedicated toll free number that can also be used as your Internet fax number. Add additional toll free numbers as needed.

Local Numbers:  Each digital line includes one direct local number with the area code(s) you select.  Add additional local numbers as needed.

Voicemail & Fax

Voicemail (with e-mail delivery):  Each extension comes with our voicemail application.  Voicemail includes professional greetings, multiple delivery options and alerts. You can retrieve your voicemail through your email, in your online account or by phone.   

Professional Recordings:  With 1010Talk, you have the option of incorporating professional voice talent to record your greetings and  announcements. Professional recordings make your company appear like a large organization and reinforce your brand.  Our easy set-up application helps you through the entire configuration. 

Music & Messages On-Hold:  Customize music and messages for your callers on hold.  You can provide your corporate messaging, announcements, sales specials and other information you'd like your callers to hear. 

Internet Fax (with e-mail delivery):  Send and receive faxes by e-mail and online from Microsoft Office and your phone. You’ll also get free fax software to electronically sign and edit faxes. No additional hardware required.

Dedicated Fax:  With 1010Talk Business Service, you get a free dedicated fax number included with your package.  In addition, every 1010Talk number can be used for phone calls and fax. 

Message Alerts:  You won't miss an important message again.  With 1010Talk, you get text messages on your cell phone alerting you to new faxes and voicemail. 

Fax-On-Demand:  Use this feature to have a document faxed directly to your fax machine by dialing an extension and fax number. You can also fax your saved document to someone via your telephone.

Application Integration & Support

Outlook Integration:  Place calls directly from Outlook with click-to-call dialing, receive faxes in your Outlook inbox and use fax numbers stored in Outlook Contacts while sending a fax. You can also fax directly from applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Virtual PBX & Extensions

Virtual PBX:  With 1010Talk, you don't need an expensive PBX in your office.  No hardware to maintain. No outdated technology.  No taking up valuable office space.  We manage your virtual PBX so you don’t need technical staff to install and manage your phone system.

Extensions:  A flexible extension structure comes with your package to incorporate local and satellite offices and employees. Using a simple interface, you can configure each extension individually through answering rules that give you a wide range of blocking, screening, fax and routing options.

Auto-Receptionist:  Enhance your professionalism  with custom recorded interactive voice response (IVR) menus and greetings. The auto-receptionist finds you or your team anywhere based on extensions, departments, business hours and other routing criteria that you define. With up to 100 separate extensions, you can ring office, mobile or home phone numbers, play an announcement or just take a voicemail.

Dial-by-Name Directory:  An auto-generated directory provides a list of departments and employees to callers, who can dial by first or last name.

Call Management & Answering Rules

Routing and Answering Rules:  Change how callers reach you at any time from any location. Direct callers to voicemail, extensions and alternate phone numbers based on a variety of parameters, such as date and time, date range, callers' phone number, the number the caller dialed, etc.

Call Screening and Blocking:  Before connecting a call, our auto-receptionist calls you first and announces the caller’s name.  You then get options to accept, reject or send the call to voicemail. You also get Caller ID and can block callers.

Click-to-Call Out:  Return calls instantly or highlight a number on a Web page or application and click.  1010Talk connects the party to your phone.

Click-to-Call Me:  Drive more traffic to your sales phones with an embedded button for your Web site and email signatures. Visitors can reach your business with a click of a mouse.

Call Logs:  A record of your calls and faxes is stored in your Web-based account. You’ll see who called, the phone number, and the date, time, length and result of the transaction. You can search for a call you received a year ago.

Real-Time Call Control:  Manage your calls online, in real time. Our call management tool called displays Caller ID and gives you clickable options: accept, reject, send the caller to voicemail or send an instant voice message.

Call Forwarding:  Callers who dial your toll free or local number are directed to any of your phones, including your cell, home and office phones. You can also direct calls to employees, partners and departments around the country. And with call transfer, you can transfer calls in progress between your landline and your mobile phone.

Call Transfer:  Transfer calls from any phone to any other phone.  This feature provides complete flexibility.  For example, you can transfer a call on your office phone to your cell phone so you can leave the office and take the call with you.

SoftPhone & Calling Card
