1010Talk long distance services can be used with your home phone, cell phone and with any other touch-tone phones. No access fees, surcharges or any hidden fees. Using the 1010Talk service from your cell phone may accumulate charges to your wireless bill by pressing the pound (talk/send/#) key. For some wireless service providers, the pound key activates another line in which your wireless service connects the call for you instead of 1010Talk. You are solely responsible for any charges levied on you by your chosen domestic or international telecommunications carrier. 1010Talk does not make any guarantee, warranty, or representation (either expressly or implied) in connection with the Services, and is not liable for any cost, liability or damage whether direct or consequential, arising out of this phone card's supply or failure to supply the Services. You may not rely on any statement of warranty as a warranty by carrier and its affiliates, distributors and agents against all claims of loss or damage arising from use of the card including allegations or claims for libel, slander, and invasion of privacy. Carrier, distributors and agents will not be liable for any failure or performance due to cause beyond its control, including but not limited to act of god, fires, flood, national emergency riots or wars, strikes, lockout, work stoppages or other labor difficulties, stoppage of service in compliance with any law order or action of any governing authority. A valid US credit card and billing address is required to acquire service. Any and all Free Minutes and or calling promotions may change without notice. All International Rates are subject to change without notice. Restrictions apply for Unlimited calling plans. If customer is using unlimited plan for commercial purposes, their account may be suspended. Calls made using a toll free number may be billed up to an additional $.06 per minute in addition to rates charged for the call destination. Due to the quality of certain cellular or telephone networks beyond our control, you might be charged for incomplete calls or even disconnected. Please contact our Customer Service Dept. for credit and or questions about fees associated with this card (not applicable to Payphone Charges).  FCC mandated payphone surcharges of ninety-nine ($0.99) cents per call may apply. Government mandated taxes and fees may apply. Additional charges may apply for calls made from Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and other international destinations. If fraud is suspected, your card may be suspended or terminated without notice. Safeguard your pin, to prevent any unauthorized persons from using your account. You are responsible for any fraudulent use.  With respect to any allegation, claim or dispute related to use of the card, the liability of carrier, distributor's agents, and or affiliates will be limited to face value of the card only.

Cancellation of Service: Customers must call 1010Talk customer service to close their accounts. Restrictions apply.

Unlimited Calling Plan (pinless and broadband):

You are only allowed to register one telephone number. PBX users such as Asterisk are not permitted to use Unlimited Calling Plans.

Residential Unlimited Plans are based on typical residential voice usage and is not permitted for commercial use. 1010Talk retains the right to require account upgrade or suspend service if the calling habits are outside these guidelines. Calling plans are restricted for use by only a single 1010Talk number/SIP device to prevent abuse. Unlimited calling plans allow for one simultaneous call and are not designed for users who wish to send multiple calls at the same time.
